  Every single person that I worked with at Accunet Mortgage was great. Each one helped me with everything I needed to get approved. There were a few hiccups in the road which were not my fault and they did everything to get them corrected. If I ever refinance again..they would definitely be my first choice.

  I've used Accunet now for two mortgages and at least one 'no cost' refi and they've been absolutely fantastic. Jason Weber is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He knows just what to ask for and when. He explains things that would otherwise go over my head. And he's always ready with *options* and the long term implications of each option. When I needed to shift gears on a recent offer to buy a house, he helped me beat a competing offer by quickly approving me for a bridge loan. Without that bridge loan, we couldn't have pulled off the deal. Accunet doesn't service the loan -- Wells Fargo has bought my last two mortgages -- but I wouldn't work with anyone else from pre-approval to closing.

  Thank you Accunet for getting a tough loan approved in a time crunch. We were bait and switched by a huge mortgage company who ultimately put us in an awful position one month from closing. A family friend put me in touch with Jaime at Accunet and Jaime worked endlessly on our file to get the clear to close in about one months time! We didn't even have to change our closing date. We are now in our dream home thanks to Jaime and Accunet.

  Brian and his team made one of the most stressful transactions (securing a mortgage) simple, easy to understand and fast. My husband and I just closed on a new home in record time and I have Brian and his team to thank for our success. We found a home about a month ago that we wanted to purchase and were surprised to learn that before we could make an offer, we needed proof that we were pre-approved for a mortgage. We hadn't secured a mortgage in over 30 years and went to the internet to learn what paperwork would be required for a traditional mortgage through one of our banks. We were overwhelmed with the list of items likely for our banker. We were also concerned with how long it would take me to get an appointment. We researched rates on the internet and weren't comfortable with all of the "online lending systems". This would be the second largest transaction we would complete and we wanted to be able to talk to someone directly. A good friend recommended Brian at Accunet and it was the best referral we have received in years. Within 3 hours of calling Accunet we had a verbal pre-approval and within less than 24 hours, we had a written approval. Thanks to Brian's pre-approval, we were able to make an offer on our dream home and moved into the home within a few short weeks. Brian and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, provided very timely updates throughout the process, ensured all of our questions were answered and made the process very quick and easy. His rates were very competitive and we have been recommending Accunet to everyone we talk to in case they know someone who needs a mortgage.

  My wife and I contacted Accunet for a loan pre-approval and were met with constant issues. To be fair our situation was a bit unique, but nothing overly complicated. Underwriting kept asking for more and more information and sometimes the same information multiple times. We spent two months trying to get pre approved to no avail and we finally had to contact another lender who was able to get us pre approved in 3 days!! Furthermore I sent an email to the CEO of the company to express my dispeasure and he said he would look into and never got back to me. It seemed overall they did not value us as a client. Please don't waste your valuable time with Accunet.

  Initially, when I contacted Accunet, I had a horrible experience. I had not looked at the Accunet Mortgage website ... just called the company phone or emailed, can't remember. I was greatly disappointed because a friend said that she and her husband had an excellent experience with the company. I went back to the friend who failed to tell me that their first approach to the company was bad. She said, "Look at the website. Call the guy on the front." I did ... and didn't even note that the phone number is for the owner of the company. I received a call the next day and yes, it was from the owner!!! Plus, he stuck with my "best" mortgage approval ... I am low income. He was wonderful!!! Of course, he had staff helping him. Many staff members stink!!! Call him, Brian Wickert, at the phone number on the front of the company's website! He is wonderful!!!

  Brian and his team were extremely helpful from pre-approval to closing, even sitting down with my wife and I to explain the entire process of purchasing a home before we applied for pre-approval. They simplified everything for this first-time home buyer and made the process stress-free. I highly recommend working with Accunet for your mortgage. They are top notch!

  Had to refinance a home in Brookfield due to a divorce after 43 years, the house had been paid off for 15 years . It had been a long time since I had to deal with a mortgage. Accunet made it simple to do Very helpful. Hopefully this is my last mortgage. Also enjoyed doing business with a company who donates so much to children's hospital. I have never met Brian ... But I admire him !!

  Excellent experience! As easy as can be. Highly recommend, David Wickert, Shannon Lenox, and the rest of the staff. Everything was quick, easy, rates were phenomenal. They even would text me (per my voicemails request...who uses voicemail nowadays?!?) And would answer after hours and on weekends. Top notch customer service!! I'd hire these guys at any business I owned. Well done Accunet.
