  My wife and I met Paula Waterman at an open house, and let me tell you, it was the most fortunate meeting we had in our home buying experience. Paula was very professional and explained every step of the process up front. We were first time home buyers, so this was much appreciated. Paula was informative, professional, and fun. She also handled our children very well. The greatest thing about Paula was her working behind the scenes and after the fact explaining everything that happened. In our specific situation Paula worked with the sellers realtor to replace the roof using the sellers insurance. I am not saying that she will make sure you get a new roof but, I know from our experience with Paula that she will do anything for her clients and go the extra mile. Thank you so much Paula for everything that you have done for our family. If you are thinking about buying/selling a home or any other of the many services that Paula can provide, stop looking and give Paula a call. She has won my entire family's business for life. TL;DR Our experience with Paula was bar-none the best thing that could have happened to us in our home buying experience.

  Paula is an absolute all star. She could not have made the home buying process any easier. She showed us some homes, and talked us through all the steps that we needed to do. As first time home buyers, Paula really put us at ease and helped us with all of it. If anything comes up, she was always there to help out, and if she couldn't do it she knew someone who could. She is an amazing realtor, and we are forever thankful that she helped us buy our first home. Paula is not only an amazing realtor, she is an amazing person who is so knowledgeable about everything home buying.

  My wife and I had been thinking about buying a house after living in an apartment for 2 years. Waterman Team Realty was AWESOME. They really listened to what type of house we wanted and did a fantastic job showing us houses that matched what we were looking for. We finally found the house of our dreams and couldn't be any happier with the service we received from Paula and her team. Super helpful and friendly service. I would highly recommend Waterman Team Realty and if I ever buy another house or property, I will definitely go through them again.

  Paula and Chris worked above and beyond to get us our beautiful home in Roxborough Park. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable in real estate and finance, and friendly/ super easy to work with. Highly recommend!
