  Realtor Robert Magda was professional and quick on all requests. He was knowledgeable and helped me decide to sell my vacant lot on the water vs. building a spec home on it. With the construction prices rising on a daily basis he was instrumental in helping me decide to sell the lot. Most realtors charge 10% commission on bare land, but with Robert I was only charged 6%. Highly recommend his services

  I had the opportunity to work with Robert Magda who listed my home for sale in Cape Coral, Florida. Robert was very attentive to making sure the details and listing remarks were accurate and immediately placed that information in the Multiple Listing Service, social media, and other marketing websites to get me the most exposure in today's competitive market. He was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, keep me informed of the showing activities, and because the home was vacant, he made sure everything was secure and always ready for the buyers ready to preview the home.   Robert has been fantastic to work with. He has consistently followed up each and every time and has truly had our best interest at heart. We are boaters and have been looking for a home on the water close to the river and gulf. Robert knows the complexities of the canals and lock systems unique to Cape Coral and was a great resource for us. He went well above and beyond to ensure the homes we narrowed our search to met our boating needs first before we then went to see the properties. Lastly Robert went out of the country for a month and stayed in contact and was fully accessible to us. We only met Robert a few months ago via one of his listings and were just so impressed we moved forward with him as our realtor. I haven’t left many reviews on websites before but wanted to hopefully help others who are potentially looking for waterfront. Especially if you’re a boater make sure you work with someone who knows the canals and inter-coastal waterways. It makes a tremendous difference and will make your searching far more effective.

  Robert Magda has been the best realtor we have ever worked with! He did many things that were above and beyond what was expected, he took time to clean the property, fixed cabinets that needed repairing, he packed up some our stuff and mailed it to us at no charge to us. He held open houses almost every weekend! He got feedback from everyone that looked at the house!! We were super impressed with his level of service, would highly recommend him to anyone!
