  I first met Kim six years ago when my Realtor referred me to her. Being a recent widow, she was just what I needed. I was new to the area, didn’t know very many people and she was my adviser from opening a bank account getting an accountant where to shop for appliances etc and providing moral support. I knew I was in good hands. Six years later I was in need of a new roof and various other repairs. I didn’t want to exhaust my savings, so I went back to Kim for advice. She came through with her teams help and I refinanced my home. The roof was just completed and now it’s on to other things. I would highly recommend Cape Coral Mortgage Co to anyone!!!!!!

  My husband wanted to buy a home in Cape Coral Florida. The challenge for us was, we live in a different state. I did an internet search for mortgage companies in Cape Coral Florida. I made a couple of phone calls, left a message for one agency and NEVER received a return call. I called Cape Coral Mortgage and personally spoke with Kim.   As stressful as the process of buying a home is... viewing all of the homes from big to small, from ugly to pretty, all of the open houses, all of the private viewings, all of the negotiating to get the best price and ensure you get your money's worth when you find "The One", you need a lender who is not trying to squeeze you for any nickel they can. It is comforting to know that we have Kim and team on our side also looking out for what's best for us. Do your due diligence and shop around, but what you will come to realize is that you will not get better service, nor cost savings than with Cape Coral Mortgage!   The entire Cape Coral Mortgage team was incredible during the entire process of purchasing my home. From the pre-approval, to the closing date, they kept my informed and made things go as smoothly as possible. I could not have asked for anything better. My closing date was set for 03/20, and in the midst of COVID-19 I got really concerned I wouldn't be able to close. They were beside me through everything that needed to be done to see to it that we could successfully close. They made the entire experience personable and seem almost effortless.
