  Ive been paying my rent at this branch, using the drive thru, for the past 6 months. There is a little bit of wait time as it seems only one employee is working the drive thru but I always get a friendly greeting and great service!

  DISGUSTING attitude at the drive thru. I like Washington trust but this particular branch needs some serious work with the employees. I won’t go to that branch again, seriously rude ladies there.

  I love the Washington trust bank but one on Franklin street in Westerly is terrible. The are very slow and not to friends. The other two in town are great. They really need to do something there seeing its their main branch.

  Have been with this bank for over 15 years and they’re honestly useless if you’re looking for any type of loan regardless of your loyalty. Pick a different bank.

  This bank is too backwards compared to other banks in the market, their internet banking is fail and also designed to write you a fee, the tellers are nice though.
