  Congratulations, Westerly branch of Bank of America! Apparently your associate, Kelli, at the Westerly branch,feels you have such an abundance of customers that she can be rude to a young man coming in there seeking assistance with his account. It's great that your customer service Reps, again, Kelli at the Westerly branch, have such amazingly helpful personalities! Clearly you don't need our business. I will be more than happy to pass along this information, as well as Kelli's name, to absolutely everyone I know. Such a shame that YOU allow YOUR Representatives to treat customers of any age so shabbily. Kelli, Thank you so much for showing my son what customer service should NOT be like!!!

  Closed the branch during this difficult time? Are you kidding me? I expect BOA to figure out a way to have some service at EVERY branch. How about 2 days a week? When you reopen, I'll be banking with Washington Trust.

  Kathleen in the back office was quite rude, smirked at me while listening to my conversation before I walked into her office, and then suggested I had been “blocked” previously.

  I called 4 times after 9:30 on a Monday and no answered the phone. I gave up.

  Stopped by to make a couple business deposits and the teller Kelli was incredibly rude, argumentative and unfriendly. Not happy
