  Mercedes at the Wyoming branch was extremely helpful. We had some trouble with the coin counter and she was very patient at helping us through it.

  Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, but i have had a great experience with wccu. I have my auto loan and heloc there. Great rates friendly staff, good service. My only bad experience was with a home loan, the staff member i was working with would always overpromise and under deliver, had to nag him to get anything done. Took so long i ended up going elsewhere because they couldn't get it done. Otherwise no problems.

  What I like about WCCU, customer service is top notch. I prefer to diversify my banking with more than one institution, I like to use a bank and credit union. At WCCU I'm more than just a random customer, the staff at my local Richmond branch know me and greet me by name. Their lending interest rates are usually the best in the New England area, typically less than auto dealerships. I would know i just financed my 8th vehicle with them in 10 years and my interest rates have been anywhere from 1.9% - 3.5%, of course your credit score, income etc determine your interst rate. Anyway I highly recommend WCCU.

  I absolutely love this bank! They're always so extremely helpful and I feel like being part of a family! Made the switch from Bank of America and I'm so extremely GLAD i DID!! Thanks so very much WCCU for your willingness to ALWAYS GIVE TOP NOTCH SERVICE TO ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!   The most helpful bank ever. They even went to the car dealership for me with paperwork. They are always great on the phone. I don't know who wanted to charge you $70, unless there is a problem getting a new card that fast. I just wait for it.

  Tribble customer support, teribble bank never had so many issues with a bank before. The ATM machine gives me a different balance then my phone and when I go in. I never know how much I have. Then I went negative in my checking and I told them I wasn't going to pay them right away and they went and took the money out of my savings account without my authorization. Do not make an account here!

  Invisible transactions happening on my account and the bank is no help. Overdraft fees when I have money in my account. Every time I call during business hours I’m left waiting and the phone hangs up after about 20 minutes of waiting. Terrible customer service and money disappears from your accounts here with no explanation

  Amy was rude in the phone and then hung up on me. I just want to close my accounts snI have moved out of state. I guess because I wont be a member soon I am not worthy of respect or decency.

  Terrible customer support. They say the are going to do something, and don't do it. Not helpful. They wanted to charge me $70 to ship me a new debit card in a timely manner. Instead it's been over a week and nothing. Called them multiple times and no help whatsoever.
