  We recently had our new home financed through WWL. Ashish and Pina were very helpful in order to get the best possible rate! Ashish is very knowledge especially when to lock the rate and what is the best option for you, he was able to help me save me a lot! I had done some research before, compared everything, and I finally decided to go with them, I must say, there are good lenders in the valley but WallStreet Wholesale is the best one in every aspect! I am very very satisfied and highly recommend them!

  Refinancing through WWL was a fantastic experience. Dane was able to find us a great rate that will save us > $100,000 over the life of the loan. More impressive than this, however, is that Dane truly puts the customer first. He is a great teacher, and always made sure that I understood every step in the process. There were a few hiccups with our refinance that were out of WWL’s control, and Dane went above and beyond what was needed in order to help the process move along. I would highly recommend WWL for your mortgage needs.

  Best mortgage experience ever. My husband and I have gotten 6 mortgages in the last 8 years, from 5 different lenders (I work for one of the ‘other lenders’ so I won’t say who). Wall Street was the easiest experience of them all and a full 2 weeks faster than the previous best. They beat the other rate-quotes I got, which sold me on them, but their customer service is why I’m writing this review. They kept in touch with us. Always making sure we were informed and up to date on everything. We got responses to texts and emails quickly and professionally. I don’t need to tell you that no one returns calls in the Valley, but these guys did and more. We will be using them again, no doubt!

  I worked with Ashish for refinancing both my houses. I was trying to refinancing one but ended up doing both as I felt Ashish was genuine and will do a good job. I was not wrong I got much more than just refinancing, a good insight on what is best for me. If you think you need the best then Asish is the right choice, he will give you a clear picture on dos and don'ts and spends countless hours explaining complicated details. I have worked with many in the past but no one dedicated so much time to explain financial aspects this well. He is my goto guy from now on..

  My husband and I had the best experience with this company! Carlos who helped us on our journey was the best!!!! He made this process stress free, he was open to any question we had, he was available any time of the day, he responded quick!!!!   Pedro Cortina knows how to make it happen, on my end we didn’t have the easiest closing process due to a lender denying my loan, but Pedro gave me hope and found another lender and made it happen, These guys don’t have an easy job what so ever I’ll tell you that! Recommend 100%!!
