  Think twice before you apply for a loan with these company and IN PARTICULAR THIS LOCATION IN EDINBURG, TX. Staff is really rude. I called in to provide my payoff since I need the title of my car back with me and request the title to be sent to any of their San Antonio branches since I live here now and the Raul (the rep) tells me in a very rude way: “ well you need to provide us with the phone number of the one main location in San Antonio” and I said “ well don’t you have a phone number from your same company “? I said: ok I’m going to try and Google it and do your job” so Raul got upset and said: “ it’s your job too to do this”. I was jaw dropped when I heard that. I was expecting more an answer like:” let me look for our phone number from one of our sister locations”. Or something like it but NO, it was a totally different answer Rude, unprofessional, careless, confrontational and deceiving it’s what I call their service. If there is a negative star I would give them a -10 I’m glad I don’t have to make business with them anymore.

  Raul Chavez was an outstanding person to work with... I applied online Friday night... first thing on Saturday he calls me and advices he can continue to work with me on Monday. Sent most of my documents online and when we met in person was in and out quickly... signed digital which was a plus! Definitely recommend!!!

  Juliana Rodriguez was the personal loan specialist that assisted me. She handled everything over the phone & via email. By the time I went into the office, my loan documents were ready to sign. I was very impressed by how quick & easy the entire process was.

  I loved the service Mr Robert Basaldua the loan officer gave me he focused all his attention on me. He was quick, fast, and gave the best customer service ever, and never felt happier walking out with a high interest loan. It's not the same now that hes not there anymore sad the company let a great employee like him get away I dont get the same service with him not being there office needs need to pick up there slack😤

  They worked with me. Found a way to get my load. I like the process they took in making me feel comfortable as I waited. Did not made it difficult for me

  Raul the manager is very rude, calls you five or six times a day when you are late and threatens with repossession of your vehicle. Refuses to abide by the laws when it pertains to the loans. Do not recommend getting a loan with these people, they won't give you information on their head office.

  I’m very disappointed with the service and professionalism. Our information was not checked correctly and when we got to the office to pick up our documents the employee met my husband outside the business office and handed our paperwork. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Where was the manager Mr Mario to stop his employee from finishing the business with us outside the building? They could of taken us to an office and handed our paper work. Very unprofessional.

  One star review, simply cause I sent them a referral and after inquiring three different times over a period of several months, have still yet to receive what they love to market as $100 for referring a family member or friend. 10/10 would not trust.
