  I don’t pawn often tho today I was in a pinch the staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the process was simple. Lots of jewelry, guns, work equipment and so much more . If not buy then to look. Layaway plans available!!!

  Darlene is great. Especially during this pandemic! I have a daughter and was interested in some jewelry, and she sent me pictures of things that might interest me with details, so I could choose as if I was in the store. When my mom went to go give a payment, she was in and out super quick. She was very careful with her and understanding that we wanted to spend minimal time so we wouldn’t risk my baby because of the virus. 100% recommend!! Will definitely be coming back for more.

  Went in to buy an Ipad and unfortunately the one I picked up was locked. Employee working was helpful both when I was deciding on the ipad and upon returning the ipad. Wish the manager had a better attitude. Maybe he had an off-day but he seemed very upset by me returning the product. Kept pushing another ipad at me even though it was a lower model and wanted to charge me the same price. I had to say No thank you three or four times. Avoid the manager with a beard, go for the other employees, they were friendly.

  Omg.. BOMB PLACE.. GREAT DEALS AWESOME PRICES THIS IS TOTALLY THE PLACE TO COME 2.. Hannah helped me out with the items i was looking for. She was so cool, awesome, kind, nice she took her time with me gave me the attention every customer should always receive.. she was very helpful very sweet.. I was very happy with my purchase and will be going back for sure :) There's so much wonderful people there to help u stop by take a look they have Alot of great stuff. Another employee named Casey, totally cool knows his stuff and also very helpful.. I highly recommend this place... A+ :)

  No stars from me i just had to make a comment hoping that some changes will be made. Everytime time my husband comes its questions on this or reciepts for that for our own item. Our buisness from now on will be taken elsewhere. customer service needs quality service classes taken for all employees.This is the worst First Cash Pawn that ive ever been to.
