  Horrible experience! Jennifer LeMasters quoted me an extremely high rate of 4.5% for an FHA loan with a fico over 730. When I questioned her high rate she just simply hung up on me. Avoid! FHA rates are still well under 4%. Avoid Jennifer LeMasters and Wallick and Volk, unless you enjoy overpaying and being taken advantage of. Call Andre Enriques with Anchor Funding instead, he was able to get me a 3.6%.

  Sabrina Hernandez was the best, we sold our home and moved to IV over the summer. We met up with her for a consultation, She notified us on what credit areas we needed to work on prior to purchasing a home again. Three months later we were ready to continue. She is so knowledgeable and used her resources to get us the best rate. We feel very blessed and fortunate that our agent recommended her and another person but Sabrina was the perfect person for us. Smart and trustworthy along with her assistant Alicia. Very grateful for them!

  Great service! I really enjoyed the loan process with them. Cesar and his team were amazing people along the way. I had gone to Prime Lending on Main Street and they ARE HORRIBLE. But Wallick and Volk really treated us like we didn't expect. I had almost lost hope but hey worked with us and NOW WE ARE HOMEOWNERS! Don't go anywhere else! Eternally grateful...

  Where do I begin?! The service was phenomenal. Going through this was a little scary as it is my first time getting a loan. Cesar and his team were patient, friendly and always there to answer any questions or concerns. We are so excited to be able to initiate our project to renovate our home!   I had an excellent experience here. They secured an excellent interest rate, took care of my CFD issue and were always keeping me in the loop for my home purchase. They were very clear on what paperwork they needed to facilitate a smooth home purchase and were always in contact with me. I would recommend wallick and volk for anyone who wishes to purchase a home or refinance. It was my first home purchase and I was great experience.

  I would not use these guys again, and I cannot recommend that anyone else use them either. There were several issues that I need to bring up. 1) 19 hours before we were supposed to close on the home, I got a phone call from my realtor saying that Wallick & Volk had backed out of the loan because of a mobile home on the property. 19 hours is not much time to try and figure anything else out. 2) Wallick & Volk knew about the mobile home 3 WEEKS before closing, and they never mentioned it would be an issue. 3) As we scrambled to find another lender, Wallick & Volk agreed to forward all our personal information to a new lender to expedite the pre-approval process. They had 24 hours to do this. They did not do it until 3 hours before the deadline, and I had to send my wife in to personally get the paperwork. If I hadn't sent my wife in, we would have lost the home to a backup offer. 4) Throughout this whole process, I could not get the loan officer at Wallick & Volk to talk to me. I would leave messages for her, and I emailed her several times, but she refused to answer my questions directly. She would only speak to my agent, who she had a relationship with. 5) After getting a loan approval from the new lender, I compared the two loans. Wallick & Volk were quoting me a 4.75% interest rate, which seemed very high. Sun Community (which I highly recommend, by the way) offered me a loan at 3.1%. I will be saving over $400/month, just by switching lenders. I am sure other people have had good experiences with these guys, but for me it has been very stressful, and it was going to cost me a lot of money over the course of my loan. In a way, I'm glad they backed out so I could compare them to Sun Community, but really there is no comparison.

  Zinnia Sanchez and Pamela de la Peña were excellent to work with during my first home purchase. As a first time buyer, the process seemed daunting and complex, but Zinnia and Pamela made sure everything was seamless and worry free for me as their client.
