  Excellent service, 100%. I'm in a financial situation and this morning I was rejected by three lenders. Yes, my credit sucks because of medical bills and credit cards. I'm trying to get back on track. I explained in full to the people at Wagner, and they approved me for much needed loan. This will help me re-establish myself and get where I need to be in life. I highly recommend Wagner, and all of what they did for me. Thanks you guys so much, I will never forget this, and I owe it all to your company as a whole.

  Wagner Financial was able to help me with a car loan. It was very easy, I had such a great experience with them. Wagner is a great company and answered all my questions from the start. I am so happy I found them.

  Bought a used refrigerator for the garage and got a great refrigerator. The salesperson was very helpful and they have a very convenient loading dock and secured onto my pickup truck for the ride home. Great price and location.

  I first came to Wanger Financial just 2 years ago I had no credit and 500$ and I needed a car loan. I made a promise to them if they gave me a chance I would do everything I my power to show them that they made a great choice by helping me. Since that day they have helped me establish a credit history and I will always be forever greatful to the Wagner's staff. My two favorite staff memebers Lamont and Kelly y'all rock. Everyone there have been star players in building me a strong credit history. Thank You Wagner's I truly love the help you've given to me

  So I called this loa place because of the great !!! Called to finish up the loan process, and I spoke with a Kelly (I may be wrong about the name) she advised she was an assistant manager.... She was HORRIBLE worse customer service ever. I really needed the money but I would rather go with out than to be degraded like that.

  After filling out all of my private information, I got a call to give more information and asked why I need it, asked a bunch of serious personal info just to get a call back an hour late and told sorry we can't help with a hang up. Lol. The LEAST you guys could have done was been a little nicer about it, but thanks again for wasting my time and putting an inquiry on my credit, dropping it 25 points!

  This place is terrible. They called and guy sounded very nervous and young. He told me to call them back or they'd call me back about status. Why do I need to call them back? Bottom line, it's been 5 days and I have heard nothing. I am thinking I did not get approved but still, let me know! Never again and I would not go here.
