  When i first became a customer i never had a problem...i thought the people were friendly and nice very helpful and all..NOW i feel like they are con artist.they repossed my suv.from my yard without knocking on my door just to even get my money out and personal stuff.i never tried to hide from them soo no courtesy.also i have a pass due amout of 643 dollars as of today they say i owe two months.but my letter says 64.80$for last months payment and this months bill not due til 13th.they say i dont have insurance since 23 of may also not true it doesn't cancle til the 13th of this month.and lets talk about the warranty that did me no good as i spent 380 to get my coil packs Done. and something else they said they fixed it but soon as i got into a wreck and had a quote done the codes came up the same issue as what my truck was supposedly fixed for.then they take me out of negotiations with insurance so they dont have to total it out but im stuck with a truck that the check engine light has been on since the very first day i drove off the lotas well as my door handle falling off the same night and anything else the that could fall off.despite the great reviews check to see if they are of color cause they i assure get great service. And for the record i have my proof and i just want to know where you got a thousand dollars i owe you for two months my payment is only 284 you do the math

  Called them up to let them know I was in between jobs and that I would be just less than a week late on my payment and I get threatened with a repossession. Find better people to do business with. I put down a healthy down payment and all that. Guys at Sage Auto Sales were great to deal with but the finance company is just not worth it at all.

  Rude people!! They were friendly to get me in, but was treated very bad when I wanted to fully pay off my car. I was paying $285 per month and $180 was interest. So I see why they were rude when I was ready to pay it off early. Smh! Very unprofessional!

  I strongly urge noone to finance any vehicle through this company. They lie and go behind your back on every thing they tell you. I was never late on my payments and the car got totaled about halfway through me buying the vehicle. They put on my credit that the car was repossessed and it has effected my credit dramatically. These people sell lemons and are crooks.

  This has got to be the worst company to do business with. They will not work with you and are not flexible in any way. You cannot be over 30 days late with your payment like life doesn't happen! They will not accept anything less than full payment so avoid this company at all costs. They are predatory lenders who want you to go into default so that they can sell the same vehicle over and over again. Shady at best. Sage auto sales, do better and find a better company to do business with. Terrible to customers and not understanding.

  First of all,let me say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to purchase a vehicle!!!They sell you a vehicle with an old man telling you how good their reputation is since 1985,yeah right.Then, once you have the vehicle you find out about all the repairs that have to be done to it. They sell you on a bogus warranty and DO NOT fix what's included in the warranty. After that, they start to harass you after being a day late with mass text messages and calls.Business must be booming.NOT.Hate to use the 'R' word as well but it definitely fits the company. THESE people are rude and very unprofessional.Don't ever purchase from them.You will regret it the day you drive off with the lemon,trust me.Once you repair your car,every month they try to threaten you that they will repossess it. The guy in the front office is extremely rude UNLESS you're making a payment. Watch out and keep your contract close (which I did)because they like to TRY to change the rules once you sign. Worst business deal ever.Find somewhere else to purchase a vehicle,you'll thank yourself later.

  I love how they don’t harass you on the day your payment is due and don’t turn on silly alarms like other places do. They give you the chance to make good on your payment (even if it’s 9-10 days late) without cutting your car off and making the harassing phone calls. They gave me a chance when a lot of others wouldn’t and I really appreciate that! Keep up the great work AGS! This is a picture of my beautiful Infiniti that I got financed through them and my children absolutely love it especially my teenager! I just cannot say enough good things about this company and how they have helped me through these trying times I’m having.

  Hate to admit it but very shady company. They prey on single struggling mothers. PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE A CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are very very shady. You have been warned!!!!! Please just avoid it. They are in business of repossessing and selling cars numerous times through other lots without providing the required and proper proof of correspondence to their customers with amount of sell and items in their repossessed vehicle after they agreed to work with patrons for rentention. They assume that no one has knowledge of the regulations of the finance industry. Its a shame. We will be taking to small claims court. .
