Jenn Mutt5Washington Federal has always been great to me. My main bank is in Monroe, but occasionally I have to use the Snohomish branch. Herbert helps me almost every time I go to the Snohomish branch. He is awesome, knows me by face, super friendly and great customer service. Yesterday went to the drive thru right at closing time to find an out of order sign on the only drive thru tube. Herbert must of saw me from inside because as I was leaving the drive thru he was running, yes running out of the front door towards my truck because he knew I was there to cash a check (that's what I'm usually there for). He took the check, went in and cashed it and brought the cash out to me. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! These days its hard to get a friendly smile, or greeting from someone in these types of positions, and here he is running out, with a smile and friendly greeting to help me. Kudos to Herbert and kudos to Washington Federal. Give this guy a raise, employee of the month, something because he really goes the extra mile.
