  I would recommend Gary Ray to anyone who is looking for a refinance or original mortgage. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful, and timely answered any questions we had.   Worked with Michael to refinance our home and take advantage of the amazingly low interest rates. He was super responsive (which is very important to me) and took the time to explain things both at a high-level, and in as much detail as my engineer-brain desired. He worked with us to understand our income and financial goals, and managed to get us down to a 20yr mortgage with a smaller payment than what we had on our 1-yr old 30yr mortgage!
