      Always great customer service , my mother and sister been with the WaFd bank for over 20 years. Myself only 2 years and I got hooked with the great personal service. Specially Mrs Claire and the wonderful staff. I do miss the some of staff that have gone to Rainer WaFd . But all in all great bank. Thanks 😊 WaFd bank.

      Lobby is closed to the public. Posted in window is phone number to call if you need teller service. They come to you. Or use the ATM. If you need a drive through service they have also posted in the window the addresses of three locations you can go to.

      I have worked with Jami Wilson and her staff at the Federal Way branch of Washington Federal for over 30 years. I have seen many Washington Federal staff members begin their careers at this location and move on to manage other branches or assume other positions within Washington Federal. I recommend Jami and her branch to anyone looking for an excellent banking and lending experience.
