  I have been to Mariners several times and I am always received with a smile and a professional manor. The agents there are friendly, respectable, and very professional. Mariners is always ready to help you when you're in need of funds when you most need it. They have always come through for me. Every time I borrow, I am doing some home improvement.   I’ve read mixed reviews about this company. I want to say, I appreciate Mariner Finance (Federal Way). They have been working with me for a while, now. As the borrower, it is my responsibility to understand what my payments are, when they’re due and how much the interest is....it is they’re responsibility to take action if I fall behind and not communicate with them. But they have always been fair and reasonable with me! They have even found ways to work with me if I was at my max but came into hardship. I truly appreciate this office. I don’t think I would be comfortable going anywhere else.
