  WaFd was wonderful. I have always just felt like a number when it comes to big banks, but here I feel like I am being listened to. Corey is wonderful. By far my favorite loan officer. He was prompt, kept me updated at all times, and handled my very detailed land purchase with the best attitude and assistance. There was always a second person I could contact if one was out of the office (Stacie) and she was wonderful. I was given every resource, advice, tips, and details without even asking. I have referred a few people now since my good experience and I am excited for them to be just as pleased!

  Stacie was wonderful to work with. She took me through the process efficiently, answered all my questions, and kept me informed. I really love that my loan will stay with WaFd Bank and not be sold off. I can count on everyone at my local branch to give me great customer service.

  I moved to Pocatello three and a half years ago. Since moving here, I’ve had a few financial complexities, as well as normal banking needs. The staff at WAFD Pocatello are consistently professional, pleasant and kind. I’d like to thank them for the excellent service they provide.

  Very Poor service. The teller that has helped me more than once is Always very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I will not be back and will bank somewhere else.
