      The staff at my branch were just wonderful to work with. The underwriting process was a great deal more complicated than any I had been through before. I wish there was just a complete list of information needed right at the beginning rather than asking for more and more a little at a time. Both Nichole and Joanne were really helpful and caring. They have been my bankers for years and will be for years to come.

      Worst bank I have ever been with, so many issues when it comes to my account and the app. No one is helpful. I miss the old staff, will be switching and canceling my account today.

      Hate this bank. Messed up setting up my account 3x. Management and corporate office is a joke. Be prepared to be abused by their customer service line and division manager.
