  Todd has helped us for years from when my wife and I were first interested in owning property, he took the time to teach us a lot about loans, house buying, and interest rates even though he was aware that we weren't ready to buy just yet. Todd and team was helpful throughout our eventual condo then house buying process. I've recommended him to my friends and family!

The entire process went extremely well, very easy, quick, and all of the staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Great customer service and support. My loan office Todd Galde and his team Leslie Ciccarelli and Kelly O'Sullivan and a few more team members were a pleasure to work with! Todd Galde has done a wonderful job throughout the entire process by giving daily status updates via SMS & Email, quick followups, progress status videos, and swift replies. He executed it in agile manner with very frequent interactions. The entire team worked very hard 24/7 until we got house keys in our hands within two weeks surprisingly. Really very happy moment.
