Matt was able to help answer all of our questions regarding interest rates, locking in rates, the lending process, the appraisal, DTI ratio and much more! In addition, Matt has a lot of good referrals if you need help with renovations, handyman, accountants and more. He's a wealth of knowledge and we're so happy to have worked with him.
