  Kaveh and his team were fantastic to work with. I was referred to him by my brother who said he's the best in the business, and he was not wrong. I got my house refinanced for a much lower rate. Kaveh and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and found solutions to potential roadblocks. It really helps to have an experienced Mortgage officer like Kaveh to help you with your home purchase or refinance. In my refinance, there were lots of moving pieces to the puzzle and at times it seemed that things would not move forward- but they did. Kaveh worked with me and made it happen, and I am extremely grateful to his team for their hard work. To everyone out there looking to either a) refinance or b) purchase a home, your first call should be Kaveh (not your realtor!). I would absolutely use Kaveh's services again.

  Kaveh was exceptionally helpful in helping my partner and I acquire our first home loan! He helped us look at all of the different numbers to help us see exactly what we could afford based on what we were comfortable paying. Kaveh was also very easy to reach out to with any questions. He made himself available when needed, and was always quick to respond! He's also quite personable and definitely wants to make sure that you are comfortable with the big financial decisions he is helping you to make!
