  We are very excited to be purchasing a WB home in Club View. We popped in one day not too serious about buying just yet, but Ellen showed us the standard selections, which are very nice, and we loved the home! So the ground is broken and we can’t say enough about how nice, and stress free it’s been to work with Ellen. Her attention to detail, great suggestions and overall patience has been outstanding. We’ve looked at a lot of model homes in our day, but Ellen hooked us on our first visit and we’ve not been disappointed.

  We recently moved into our new W.B. home and we have had a positive experience from start to finish through the selection, design, construction, pre-settlement and post-settlement process. Donna, Robin, Jack, Chris and the whole WB Team provided great guidance and insight every part of the way as we were first time buyers for a new construction home. Robin's detail to insight, selection, and guidance was spot on. She remained patient as we probably made her go crazy with selection process and changing our minds multiples times. Thank You again everyone at WB Homes and we look forward in building new memories in our house....

  We have had the BEST experience working with W.B. Homes on the purchase of our new townhouse in The Courts at Brynwood, Collegeville. In visiting new construction sites, not only did W.B. Homes distinguish itself on construction, location, and design, but the people who met us at our first initial showing were simply wonderful. During our first visit to Brynwood, Kelly Halliwell encouraged us to look around all we wanted and was so incredibly welcoming and warm. We didn't have our real estate agent with us, but that was no problem- we were still welcome to view all of the model homes as long as we wanted. Kelly took the time to talk to us and really get to know us - this kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find. Other sites we went to did not have this kind of welcome. When we decided that we would love to purchase a townhome, Kelly made us feel like we were such a priority and would work with us to make it happen - any way they could. She helped us with mortagage lenders and was so helpful in determining a time frame for us. She was just so good to us. W.B. Homes was very flexible with our needing to sell our house and we just felt like they wanted us to get what we wanted and be happy. That made such a huge impression on us; they really did CARE. Our new home is SO beautiful and functional for our lifestyle. We have other family members, as well, living in homes built by W.B. and we all feel like we made such a good choice in purchasing a quality home from WONDERFUL people, like Kelly and the rest of the team. You just can't beat the customer service and care provided by people like Kelly, Brad, Mark, and all the others who work so hard to give people a wonderful home-buying experience and home. We cannot recommend W.B. Homes enough to everyone we know looking to move. Thank you!

  Kelly is just an awesome person and her smile and energy light up any place she is at. She was very helpful throughout the process of buying our new home and was always communicative and pro-active in providing us information and updates. We couldn't be more happier with the suggestions and advice she gave us during the selections phase, which was really helpful with us being first time home buyers. Not once did she steer us the wrong way while we were deciding on upgrades. She was very clear about which ones are useful which ones are not and saved us a lot of money and got us all we need in our new home. Also, super satisfied with the construction team(shoutout to Brad and his team!) and everyone we worked with from start to finish and we loved the way the whole team at WB is so pleasant and professional.

  We had been looking for a home for 3+ years, consistently disappointed in the inventory and bidding wars for subpar "flipped" and older houses. So....We decided on new construction and are glad we did. Kelly and Sonal were great from day 1, guiding us through a simple process and very responsive to questions leading up to Closing day. We have been thrilled with our new home and enjoyed the entire "buying experience" with WB Homes.

  My husband and I are excited to get to be homeowners in a WB Homes, Inc. community in a few short months! We have been nothing but pleased with the process of buying a WB Homes home, from our first time looking, to signing our contract and everything in between. We were fortunate enough to work with Amy W. to purchase and design our home and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with her. She is so helpful and knowledgable, and if she didn't have an answer for us when we asked, she always found the answer and got back to us very promptly. Amy got to know us personally and even generously sent us a wedding gift! Although our home is still being built, we have only good things to say about WB Homes, Inc and are very excited to move into our new community!

  We were just starting the process of looking for a new home and it was very frustrating. All we saw were cookie cutter developments in the middle of corn fields and then my wife happened to stumble across the Fairlands. I was immediately impressed by their sales manager Amy Williamson. Her knowledge of the construction process and her hands on approach to guiding us through every detail was above and beyond what was expected, As a small business owner I wish I could clone Amy and have her work with me.   We recently moved into our new W.B. home and have had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish through the construction process. Our Community Sales Manager, Robin Tobisch, was, and continues to be, a delight to work with. She has impressive knowledge and insight when it comes to selections, and remained patient and responsive while guiding us through making (and remaking) tough decisions. We sold our old home right before COVID shutdowns that pushed the settlement on our new home back by a couple of months, and Robin quickly helped us through our scramble to find temporary housing while we were displaced. Now that we have moved in, she continues to provide us with contacts and design advice to help make our house a home. We are thrilled with how our selections came together and with how sound the construction is. To the entire W.B. team-thank you!

  We were not in market for a new home but made an appointment to check out Overlook. By the next day we decided, this was the type of home we wanted to move too rather than renovate our home. From the initial appointment with Sonal Shukla and working through the selection of options and structural choices with Amy Williamson and Sonal Shukla, the process has been very smooth. Our questions, which were many, have always been answered. If Amy did not know the answer, she found out the answer for us. The process has been detailed and organized. We never felt that we did not know what was happening or the next steps. As everyone is busy with their lives, the attention to details, questions and communication provided by Amy and Sonal are appreciated.
