  My expectations were absolutely exceeded! I needed to open a few different accounts and Deirdre Miller made the whole process totally seamless. I have been with Vystar Credit Union for a number of years for all of my banking needs and they are by far the best credit union around!

  Delicia is wonderful she made my experience very stress free and easy. I appreciate her taking time to answer my questions and ease any of my concerns. She treated me like a family member, making me feel cared about she takes her job seriously and treats every customer with the utmost respect she does whatever is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction exhibiting professionalism it was my pleasure having her assist me this experience receive five stars thanks Delicia and my Springfield branch team you guys totally rock

  Absolutely worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying for a month now to make a payment and phones take forever to reach anyone. Website is completely nonfunctional. Can not add external account, well you can, but you can’t input the amounts. I’m a month behind now conveniently and robbed of a lot of money in interest by being unable to make a payment. Avoid even if it means paying more interest.

  Mark, a teller at the Vystar branch in Springfield, exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service and support. Mark is always exceptionally courteous, kind and willing to help me and other Vystar customers. I always look for Mark. This week I learned he's now working at the downtown location. This young man represents Vystar extremely well. Hope he goes far up the career ladder.

  The staff at this branch treat you like family especially Deidre Miller she will go over and beyond to make sure you as a vystar member is satisfied and your needs are met.And if you're not a member and you're looking for a credit union that gives opportunity to there members go in and ask for Deidre Miller.

  I was in need of some information about a business account. I met the Vice Preisdent Ms. Miller at the Vystar Springfield location on Main Street. She is truely a polite and remarkable young lady who is full of financial wisdom. She has extraordinary customer service skills and made me feel comfortable with all the financial education provided. When I left the bank, I felt empowered with all the knowledge I gained. I would give her 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ every financial institution should have a Ms. Miller.

  Delicia Hall was outstanding and very informative about the services that vystar provides..although due to the branch being so small and the place being packed and loud..she was patient with me and didn't mind me asking her to repeat herself...her service was a-1...only thing I would recommend is that vystar gives that Saturday a bigger location ...other than that..she got me and my two boys set up...I appreciate her service
