  I have been a client with ACCC for almost 2 years now and everytime I call for assistance with something the staff is friendly professional and very accommodating. I have referred 2 family members to the program as well and they have had nothing but the best experiences!!!! Nancy provided STELLAR customer service and helped me add 2 more accounts to the program effortlessly! Thank you ACCC for all that you do!

  Becoming aware that I was drowning in credit card debt, I sought for an agency that could help me. I researched quite a few and settled on ACCC due to their high rating and being non profit. Thus far, I have found everyone so have dealt with to be professional and helpful when I had questions. They never rushed me off the phone and made sure that my questions were handled efficiently. I would recommend ACCC to anyone wishing to dissolve their debt.

  Both Amy and Tom were great to work with during the setup process of my first steps of taking control of my debt. They both were patient and thorough when explaining the details that I needed to know and do. I look forward to working with them in the future.

  I was freaking out when I first called them. I was in debt with my credit cards, and didn’t know what to do. I talked to one of the counselors and he help ease my mind, that they were able to help me. I felt that I was on my way to financial freedom all thanks to ACC Services.

  These guys do a great job. I ended up paying off early, but the support was fantastic, and for those wondering, it is NOT a scam. They really are non profit and put together a good plan to get you where you need to be.

  This is a very easy to use and understand site and I would recommend them to everyone I can. Any and all of my questions and concerns were answered explicitly by the representative. I wish we had done this sooner.

  From the beginning of my engagement with ACCC, they have been professional, helpful, and informative. Unlike other so-called debt counseling agencies, I never felt like this debt management program was anything other than above board. Grateful to have found a reputable agency.

  When I first contacted ACCC I was very reluctant to reveal all of the debts that I owed, really because I was so embarrassed to but after speaking with the very first credit counselor I felt like apart of their team. However, when a counselor named Sawyer followed up with me to precede with a budget I was really thrilled about how he took the time, patience to create a great budget for me to help me to save money and help me with great tips on preparing my future credit history.
