  Every other month the ATM is down around 7:00am and on Aug 31' 2018 the ATM took but did not deposit $500 dollars and then my web account was locked for three days and now I have to wait and see if they give my money back now that the my bill payments I sent after the deposit have started to come back bounced. Dont use the ATM at this branch for deposits.

  I’ve been a long time member of the Credit Union I receive excellent customer service when I visit the Downtown Location Stella Wilson is awesome- The Staff is awesome- The manger is awesome -Stella Wilson and Staff Thanks for all You do Good Job !!!

  I've been with this bank since I was in high school (it was under another name back then) but the service and quality never changed. I'll have an account with Community First Credit Union, till the end! :)

  Don’t bank here, they will steal your money, over $1000 dollars was taken from my account, the receipt for the withdraw has my drivers license number but the name on on the receipt Is not mine, either these people are very incompetent or there’s identity fraud going on. And no they didn’t own up to there mistake they closed my account because I complained. These people are crooks!!!!!!!

  Community Credit Union is a good place to do Financial business Stella Wilson is a great manager and she really did a great job for me I really love this place and Stella Wilson is the greatest

  I have not had the best experience with Community First since becoming a member back in August 2017, but... onward and upward. I'm looking forward to better experiences with them.

  I have always had a great experience with Community First Florida Credit Union. Anything I have ever needed, I was accommodated. It is a great bank!

  WEB SITE ONLY...Recently this bank has gone to a new web page & it is not user friendly for those trying to see the full picture of what is going on with their account whether from a PC or android phone. This is very frustrating since I no longer live in same city. I have been with this credit union for 18 years. Very dissatisfied on this new website.
