  I have a car loan which I'm ready to pay-off with 121 CU and this CU service is great. They approved my loan in minutes last year and never had a problem with their services or phone communication.

  Read a couple of bad reviews and was concerned. Very happy with the service we received. The representative was pleasant, knowledgeable and helped with our questions. She solved our concerns quickly and explained what she did and why. I highly recommend 121 FCU in general and the Middleburg branch in particular.

  Second bad experience in a month that I've had. This is a customer service based industry and the branch manager "M.J." is completely unwilling to do anything to help her customers, and she's rude on top of it. If she is the best person this financial organization could hire to represent them then I have a clear idea of what kind of buisness they are. I WILL be finding another bank!

  First time I went to this place they were absolutely amazing. I went in to open an account today. Don't think I was treated fairly because the way I was dressed. This is shame will not be doing business with this company. She told me I needed to go to a bank. I said I thought I was in a bank know you're in a credit union. Okay. Thanks for the attitude.

  This credit union is the worst ever, MJ was the worst manager every I don't even know how she is still working for this credit union, she was so bad that I closed my account and took my money to Jax Federal Credit Union which has better member service and the staff is willing to help , MJ is the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Horrible customer service, rude tellors and lazy people who don't want to do their job. Avoid this Middleburg branch if possible. If I could give a negative five stars I would.
