Truist Reviews

L T1I've been a member of this bank and had an open account,as well as a secondary account for my son who has a substantial amount on deposit, set up with direct deposit. Upon entering the drive thru teller lane recently,I was treated with extreme sarcasm, and an attitude of epic unprofessional manner by a young female teller at the window. I have experience in retail mgmt, and have supervised people whom interact with the public, and I can say strongly had this person worked for me,in this incident, had she been overheard speaking in the manner she did to a customer,I would have terminated her! Very unprofessional. This month I will be moving my funds, and utilizing another bank. There should be no call for sarcasm in a bank to customers, EVER!!! Goodbye Truist, I won't stand for attitude by a bank employee . Finding another bank this month.

Brandon Polley1Drove to this branch to make an important wire transfer but was told they didn’t have anyone that could initiate a wire transfer. I guess I need to find another bank that is more capable.

Ralph Epifanio5I may have had issues with this branch in the past, but they are just that: in the past. Since the current staff has been there, (for at least the last six months), this is a first-class establishment. I can't say enough kind things about their employees. Their professional treatment of customers and customer support is excellent. On second thought, customer satisfaction may depend more on the luck of the draw. In a more recent telephone conversation, that experience would rate closer to a 1.

Maggi Smith Hall1NOW THAT'S IT TRUIST IT'S EVEN WORSE.. HARD TO BELIEVE. HEAD TO TD BANK. The branch manager Evone Alvarado was terrible. I spent almost a month trying to set up several new savings accounts for my grandchildren and have their parents also be on the account. Easy request. I told Evone I was leaving on an extended trip and this needed to be done asap. I visited her office 3 times and 3 times she gave me the run around. Wednesday I called and told her I was leaving town Friday. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE THE NEW ACCOUNTS READY THURSDAY. I arrived Thursday to find out she was at an out of town meeting for a week! SHE KNEW SHE WAS LEAVING AND SHE LIED TO ME. I could not believe it. She lied to me. Lied!!! Intentionally. One of the other employees was a lifesaver. Keith Ramirez. It took him about an hour to set up the accounts. I cannot find anyone to lodge the complaint about this incompetent person - Evone - so I have resorted to on line complaint which of course won't go anywhere. However Evone - down the road you will get yours. You'll be fired eventually because I'm not sure you're able to tell the truth.

Alicia Hite1They don't return phone calls or answer their phones. All you get is a voicemail telling you to leave a message. Terrible service.

Theresa Crapello3Never being in this bank before, I found their restricted customer service extremely inconveniencing. Appointments are required for services other than teller assistance. One customer per hour! My rude options were to call customer service directly. In which I did, and once again unhelpful. I'll stick with my open to their customers banking facility where I'm treated with the upmost pleasant and helpful staff.

Sam Pope1I’ve been with this bank over a year. I made good money, have direct deposit with them and have never over drafted. I go to them to get the $1000 credit card to pay off a bill I had and I get denied. I would have been better off with a credit union. I’ll be taking my money out ASAP and transferring to a credit union. Better rates and better options.

Tirza Weed1Wow! I have never hated a bank more, not only do they steal your money every chance they get. If you try to close your account they won't close it and they will never ever give your money back🤬

Chrissy Bacci1Tellers r nice but banker Maria Fama put my money into some other account n her or anyone in the bank would not fix it so on vacation I had no money. Choose another bank

Melissa King4The tellers are outstanding. Very professional and kind every time. I don't have experience with the other bankers.
