Lisa Maselli1Made an appointment as a new client. Advised VyStar when I made the appointment that I would be coming with a large cashier's check and would like financial advice. Arrived the day of my appointment and I am told that the woman I would be working with is not a financial advisor. I would only be able to open a new account. They then told me they would be holding my cashier's bank check for 7 business days. They held it for 9 business days. Then I was told that a financial advisor would contact me within 72 hours. It's been 4 weeks and no one has even reached out to me. Will be looking for another financial institute

Fernanda Carias5Kevin was very pleasant, out-going, and helpful when assisting us w opening a checking and savings account for my 18 year old son. Plus, my son asked about obtaining a credit card to start building up his credit, Kevin explained the process and praised my son for taking such a valuable and important step. Kevin was very patient throughout the process, especially on a Saturday morning!

Lisa Anderson5Wish there were more stars! Mr. Chad Cassady helped my daughter with an issue regarding transactions on her account(s). The staff were so helpful! I wish I could shout out to the assistant who handled the corporate phone calls, but I did not get her card.... They were both spectacular and Mr. Chad went above and beyond by making another appoinment the following week so that everyone was on board. Super friendly and very caring. This is not the branch I frequent, to be quite transparent, the location that I bank at had customer service that was a bit rude and not helpful at all so we saught out the Bartram Walks location on a recommendation from a family member. He could not have been any more spot on! Thanks guys!
