      Stephanie Mitchell was Wonderful today. She took care of everything I needed help with from opening a CD for my granddaughter to closing out a CD and getting the information in there beneficiaries for my mother who passed away. She made me feel like I was the only client she had today. She didn’t rush she didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. She was just wonderful. End it was at a desk not at the front counter dealing with these things which was wonderful. Had a bad experience about a month ago opening up a IRA at a different branch can do it at the front desk will not do that again. Thanks Stephanie is a great visit today.

      I came to the Roosevelt Branch just to cash my check like I normally do and was helped by Miss Faith. Not only did she do that for me, she also explained how important my credit was, and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I really felt like she was trying to help me and would recommend her to anyone. She went above and beyond with all the information she gave me and was really great in taking my first steps for building better credit. I cannot thank her enough!

      We wanted to refinance our vehicles and were assisted by Faith Perez at Roosevelt branch. She made everything so simple and easy! I remained at work while my husband initiated at the branch. Within 3 days we were set up and complete. We are more than elated by service and rates! Highly recommend working with Ms. Perez as she promptly responds to all inquiries!

      In June I still couldn't access my account and when into the Roosevelt branch and waited to speak with someone for about 45min. after the gentleman took me to his office he was not even able to log on to his computer after trying several times he called someone on the phone and was needing help from them and still couldn't figure it out, I left! 2 days ago I when back to get clarity on how my payment wasn't showing online after being on the phone for 2HOURS waiting for anyone to assist me. They couldn't even order me checks over the phone, why? Again waited to speak with someone, anyone. The assist manager Amy Linder meet with me and apologized for the delay and inconvenience and gave me her card with her number and email to contact her anytime I needed anything and that she was going to find out what the problem was and personally phone me the next day with answers. She also informed me she had an account at Community First Credit Union and they we're great! REALLY? She never ever called, NEVER! I went to the branch today and gave her back her card. Unbelievable how NO ONE knows what to do! I guess we all need to check out COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION LIKE AMY LINDER SAID. When will this change back into the credit union I've been a member with for 30yrs?! THIS MUST END!

      Mobile banking has been down for almost a week now. And no one can tell me when it will be back up and running again. This has been the most inconvenient for myself and my spouse. We are unable to pay bills or staff. We have many accounts with them if thus isn't resolved by then end of the business day tomorrow Friday the 20th. I will go into a location on Saturday and close all my accounts.

      I have had the pleasure of working with Rhonda Sourbeer and to sum it up, it has been well above expectations. I went into the Bank on a referral for a boat loan and was lucky enough to have Ms Sourbeer be assigned to me on that first visit. She helped me through the process of becoming a member in order to apply for a loan and then explained the pros of being with Vystar member. By the end of our first meeting I had established a Checking and Savings account and opened up a Credit Card to capitalize on the amazing promotion of 0% interest and 0 transfer fee's. Again, Ms Sourbeer taking the time to explain the program and the outstanding benefit of absolutely zero fee balance transfer and 0% interest for 12 months has saved me considerable interest and transfer fees. You should consider Ms. Sourbeer as a very valuable asset to your local team and the over all health of VyStar as an organization. Thank you for having her on you team and I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her.

      Adriana was amazing ! We almost left due to another rep that was not helpful , but she was amazing and set us up for 2 accounts in less than an hour ! I will be returning to see her always and i am thankful for my new account

      I have been a Vystar member since 1988. Such loyalty is due to the consistent excellent service I have received over the years. Most recently, I worked with Kim Bono who assisted with numerous account matters due to a life-event. Every step of the way, she provided thorough explanations, offered insight to the variety of options, and made sure I left having achieved what I set out to do. By the end of our time together, I felt like I had gained a friend too. Thank you, Kim for your time, expertise, and upholding the Vystar tradition of excellence!

      Sat in the drive through for 1 hour exactly before being helped with only two cars in front of me. When I called vystar customer service, they advised the computer for this lane was down. If this was the case why not close the line and have someone come out to empty the lane instead of having people sit for an hour wasting gas when a gallon is almost $5 with no option but to sit here, could not even leave because it was the middle lane. Between this and the app being down I'm done with vystar. I will be moving to another institution. I question the management of this CU at every level from the ground to the CEO. To clarify I am not mad that there was an issue with a computer, I am mad that they did not close the lane and have someone come out to empty the lane so people stuck in the line could leave. In short, poor management of situational adversity is the issue.

      I can honestly say the employees here have lack of knowledge and really don't know what they are doing. I was in front of the teller Mrs eler for 16min trying to figure out my account then she referred to me to her co workers that she's trying to help this dude. I was going to say something but realized she wasn't even worth my breath..
