  I just brought a car "This car was the RECOMMENDED Best Car on the lot that i qualified for." It has not even been 3 weeks since i signed my papers My first payment is due next week. I didn't have my car for 24 FULL hours and the starter went out, there is something wrong with the gas tank it kicks gas back out to me so I spend about 15 minutes pumping $10 in gas at the pumps. Now I have a huge oil leak and they say its not covered under the warranty after fussing their solution is to charge me the $100 deductible for the fix. I should have to pay anything i haven't even paid my first payment yet and next week my first payment + tag is due. What they hell is wrong with these people and they don't even put you in another car while they fix yours. I'm so Disappointed, Frustrated and Sadden that i got tricked by these people. I gave them all of the money I had due to this was a emergency lease cuz my car broke down. :(

  We had a great experience buying a car here. Jose was so nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a car.

  They don't haggle. The price is written on each car. But the price is artificially high, because they take people with bad credit. (And, it seems, ONLY people with bad credit.). I would normally give such a place one star, but the salesman was both truthful and professional. I regret he wasn't empowered to make a cash deal happen.

  On March 22 of 2018, after searching all morning for a Jetta. I decided to go by Cars and Credit to see if they had one. Well Jim, The General Manager heard me and immediately came out to assist me with all of my questions and then after telling me at the moment they didn't have a Jetta, but asked me if there was anything else that could be my 2nd choice? After expressing to him that I really wanted a Jetta he was such a Gentleman in wanting to help me find something still in that area of a nice sporty car, I asked him about a Mustang and low and behold, guess what? One just came in. He immediately told me to follow him outside to view the car in which I immediately fell enlove with it. Jim, really sealed my fate when he asked me to take a test drive. Well, I went home, scooped up my kids and it was all over! And the plus to this is getting to meet Michael Barth. He handled all of my paperwork and doodads. 2 of the sweetest and most kindest Gentlemen that you will ever meet. Michael made the last ends of my car buy the funniest and most sociable experience the Best of the Day. I'm customizing my Mustang and Loving the Feel and Drive of it. And if there's anything that ur car needs or any special attention Jim is the one to let you know that if its permissible its doable. 😉**tires**😘👌. Before you go to any other car dealership. Please go by "CARS & CREDIT". You'll be so glad that you did. I was. ....👍😘👈

  Sold me a truck the thing broke over and over and over it cost me thousands in buisness so i bought another truck gave the junk back now there not only keeping the 2k i put down and refuse to give me my money back they say they.gonna sell the truck and come.after me for the ballance. I only had it less than 2 months and it sit 3 weeks of that do to mechanical issues...some good thete warrienty is....yis....you wont get a dime from me fact is i want my money back

  We went and bought a vehicle from these people. Not even the next day we noticed a shake when we were coming to a stop. (which means the rotors need to be turned.) On top of that we looked at the oil change sticker and long behold the damn thing needed an oil change too! I tried to contact the sales person (Wayne) on numerous ocasions. (calls, voicemails, texts...etc ) but still no responce. Do not buy from them. Poor customer service, and they sell cars that are not in shape to be driven.

  Bought a car from them. Damn egr valve went out the next day. Then they charged us 100 dollars to replace it. Afterwards we realize they double charged us for the car's value. 6700 kbb dealership, but almost 20k for it. They're trash and criminals. Don't buy from them!

  I have gotten 2 vehicles from them. I bought a expedition from them and after having it for over a year and putting a lot of miles on it the engine went out and they let me trade it in for a truck and write off most of what I owed on it.
