Regions Bank Reviews

Clay Hall1As a bystander today I saw a first time homebuyer come into the bank to do a wire transfer and explain they needed to do it quickly. The one person that can do the wire transfers got up said “I’m on break, I’ll get back in an hour” And left. What a joke of a financial institution and horrible employee.

CUTTER DEEP2After ten years of doing business with this bank they have closed my accounts. No warning just closed. The Branch Manager Keisha Sirmans should work for a government office instead of in the service industry as a bank manager. I would have given them a one star if not for the very sweet teller. Sour grapes yes, but beware if you do business with them.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear of your experience at this location. If you'd like to further discuss with our team, please send your phone number to [email protected]. We'll call you. -Tyler

Timothy Blackmon4Very Friendly & Helpful. Their deposits-by-photo are not done in house, so deposits are reviewed I guess in Alabama at Headquarters or by some computer "somewhere". I am self-employed and they simply rejected 3 of 7 deposits I made by photo over a 1 month period. I took the physical checks to branch and they deposited/credited them immediately. The local branch is great-they do what they can to help. I just don't use the photo deposit.

Liz Bobeck5One of the nicest banks you will ever have the pleasure of walking into and conducting business. I am always greeted with a smile and the staff are very helpful. Banking can be difficult, but the staff here makes it very easy for me and I am thankful they are there, with plenty of parking and help for any of my financial needs.

rachel s1I am completely done with regions bank! I deposited money into the atm and they took it without depositing it to my account, the people in the branch was 100 percent un-helpful so I call the 800 number and it was an even worse experience, this lady just told me there was nothing she could do without even pulling up my account and hung up on me after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. I'm just blown away, never would I of thought that I'd have to worry about the bank stealing my money and ruining my kids Christmas!

Damien Jacobs1On Saturday I went to make a deposit at the atm. The ATM took my money. Today they are telling me it will be up to 10 days before I’m refunded. What a joke

S.C. Volpe1So when does a bank stop making change. It's a bank. Ex; if your deposit is $9.44 and you give them a $10 bill, they will not give you back .56 cents. They have to make a deposit on the .56 cents. Ridiculous.
