  Jason is awesome! He pre approved my loan so I would be ready when it was time to put in an offer. Once I found a home, and the offer was accepted we closed in 2 weeks! He was very helpful answering all of my questions, and running through all of the scenarios with me. He was very patient with all of my questions and made everything so simple. Thank you!

  Jason Vonk is awesome!! He is super knowledgeable about the home buying/lending industry. He helped me get a great loan and later an even better refi! Hes a great guy and bent over backward to get it done. I have in the past and will continue to refer my friends to him cause he is the best!

  Jason was very helpful. This stuff is scary for me to do because I never know if I can trust people but with Jason he was very up front and honest with everything. Talked me through all my options and didn’t waste my time on options that weren’t best for my family. So glad that I took the leap and found Jason. His assistant/underwriter Burgundy was so nice. She made the signing process smooth and and quick!! Thank you Jason and Burgundy!

  Jason was so easy to work with and is a great resource. We did our refinance with him and are saving over $500/m on our new mortgage payment and over $100k on the interest we won’t pay. It was fast and easy and we are looking at a doing second home with him soon!
