  When I started the process of selling my home and purchasing another, I asked my realtor who she recommended that I talk to about my new mortgage options. She gave me the name of Jamie Childs with Primary Residential Mortgage, and I was so happy with the level of service I received. I really felt like this company cared about me personally, and that I wasn't just another transaction to complete. It was a fantastic experience in every way, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know with lending needs.

  Douglas Gardner helped me secure the best interest rate for both financing my new home loan and refinancing the same home this month. The rates were great, the loan closed in a brief amount of time and there was no out of pocket cost to me! Douglas stayed in close touch throughout the funding of my loan, answering any questions to make sure I was well advised throughout the process. I felt totally confident with Douglas' customer service, as he was easy to reach, personable, honest, and very knowledgeable. I have recommended his expertise to others.

  All round great people to work with! DJ and his team are extremely good at what they do so it's a guaranteed great experiance! They walk you through everything step by step and make everything as easy as possible! We just bought our first home and couldn't be happier with the customer service we got from DJ and his team! They really make you feel like family!

  Jamie Childs is so great to work with. She has helped us purchase our home and now re-finance our home as has been great every step of the way. She communicates very well, plans ahead, and when there is a problem offers an immediate solution. She always closes her loans on time and is great to work with!

  PRM was super awesome! We saw the house we ended up buying on a Friday night at 6. Jamie got all our info, got us a pre-qualification later, and allowed us to send in an offer on the house that night! She was there every step of the way and we just closed and funded this week. Such a great experience. Would recommend!

  This company cost me over $40 grand when all was said and done.I was not going to post but had to login to get tax information. My experience was not so good. Sales Rep was polite. I needed to verify that I could split my payment into two payments per month (half at the beginning, half on the 15th). I was assured this could be done. I received an email promising me this could be done and I spoke with a Loan manager (Jeff) as well. "Yes we can!!" When the loan was closed and servicing was contacted, "No we cannot do that!". I emailed, called, even spoke to the office manager and they would not budge. So much for the promises made and the company philosophy "We do whats right no matter the circumstances!" If they cannot correct this, why would I do business with them in the future?
