  Parts were waiting to be installed and the techs finished at time promised. While waiting, they had coffee tea and water available. Everything went as presented up front. Very pleasant experience.

  Really enjoyed working with David Askaryar. He was very upfront and helpful in the car buying process. I would absolutely return to buy a car from David, even if the dealership is an hour and a half away. I did have one thing negative to say about my experience - The Audi Dealership we started the process at, not super welcoming. Suits and ties are a part of the job, attitude and judgement is not. Audi does not equal uppity, providing a welcoming atmosphere goes a long way. I showed up in gym gear because the drive was last minute and immediately following a workout. Long story short - if I can read your employees' faces/eyes, other customers can too.

  I bought my Volvo in San Diego three months ago. I was traveling to Los Angeles and few miles south than San Clemente a warning “low pressure tires” appeared on my dashboard. So I decided to stop by at Volvo Cars Mission Viejo. In five minutes they repaired the issue. I know it was very easy but I have been impressed by the courtesy and friendly service provided. Sometimes, small details turn a bad experience in a good one!

  Art my service advisor was quick, thorough, and kind. He took his time and explained what they were going to do and text me when it when it was done. My experience was as enjoyable as getting your car serviced could be. 👍🏼👍🏼

  Always great price and good sales guy. For some reason I was mistaken the bad Acura in neighbor to this one so gave wrong review. For the record, Volvo MV is one of the best dealers you can find in SoCal. At least for my personal experience. I'll go for them next time when ready to buy.

  My service manager Art Smith is the best!! He goes above and beyond to provide nothing but the very best service each and every time I come in. There is a Volvo dealership closer to me but I would rather drive an hour to Mission Viejo because of Art .

  The staff was very courteous professional and went above doing the recall on my car. They quickly went over the car and let me know that I would need tires in about 5,000 miles I left with a freshly washed car. I would highly recommend this service department

  I had been searching for a specific XC60 for months as a 2nd car for my family. Mission Viejo finally had one for me to view and it was perfect! Babak was very helpful and answered all of my questions, as well as educated me on other features of my family’s other Volvo. The purchasing process was very smooth! Thank you!
