      Unethical advertising and zero desire to communicate effectively. The absolute worst when trying to buy a car utilizing technology. If you are 85 years old and don't know how to work a computer, go see these people. I requested a call from the general manager to discuss how I was treated and how the same car could have 3 different prices. Radio silence. Not exactly the way I'd run my business...

      We drove up from San Diego to Allen Cadillac to see a vehicle this past weekend. It was exactly as advertised. Ron took us for a test drive, was very polite and not too pushy with trying to sell it. Mike in the finance dept. walked us through the paperwork and got us out of there in no time. Great service and friendly people!

      Service was efficient and quick. But they sold us a car that has a different colored front panel then the rest of the car. We did not notice during purchase, but as the paint got older it became increasingly obvious. We were told that there was nothing they could do... Additionally, the car had more repairs then any other car we have ever owned in the first couple years. These repairs were wrote off as the car being in its first year of production. Back to Honda, shout out to those guys!

      I located a used Dodge Charger online at Allen Cadillac/GMC. I contacted Elise Ranauro from their internet department and she confirmed it was available, so I went to their dealership around lunch time. When I arrived, Elise introduced me to Jon Wesley Nelson in Sales. Jon showed me the vehicle, and took me on a test drive. We talked numbers a bit. I mentioned that I would like to grab a bite to eat and that I would contact him in the afternoon. Of course, they wanted to close a deal before I left, but Jon was not pushy. I called them back a couple hours later (after getting the OK from the boss - my wife). They had the paperwork ready to sign when I got there around 5:30. It took less than a half hour to complete the transaction. The finance guy (can't remember his name) offered add-ons, but was not pushy about them. They put some gas in the car, and gave it a wash. Easiest used car purchase I have ever made. Jon was easy going, very professional, and personable. I would definitely buy from here again.

      Actually ZERO Stars! The service started out well as I called Thursday around 11ish to get an appointment for an oil change and a recall checkout. I was told that there was an opening at 1:00 pm. I arrived at 12:30 pm and was promptly informed that the service rep I had been scheduled with was out for the day. Really, I called an hour ago and you didn't know this? I see communication is non-existent at your company. I laughed it off and they and they passed me off to Steve Blacker. Well Steve was so enthralled with some retarded training video he couldn't stand up, walk over and greet me, shake my hand and give me a little eye contact. So I walked over to his desk where he made me wait, instead of pausing the video right away. I introduced myself to him, told him what I needed, simple oil change and that I received a recall notice. Then I asked if Allen had any type of internet/web discounts for the oil change. He informed me that Allen GMC did not have or do internet/web discounts. I get my car back, pay my bill and leave. When I get home I noticed that there is no check off sheet for the service, I have no idea what was done and what wasn't. I asked that they do NOT fill my washer fluid because I use Rain-X because it cleans better than water. I now have diluted Rain-X so I have to drain the fluid and replace it. I do not know what the brake discs were mic'ed at. My car's mileage was at 49,000 miles, Stave Blacker should have suggested a 50k maintenance instead of a simple oil change, or should have informed me that I should get one next time, part of the reason that I goto the dealer, rather than Jiffy Lube. BTW, I have recently checked the Allen Website, and they do have discounts for oil changes. Allen GMC FAILED on a grand scale,

      I brought my 2006 Escalade in for service - it was towed in because my starter quick working. After the work order had been written up and I had a loaner car for the day, I learned that several new Escalades had arrived and one was available. We agreed on a price and I was out the door in less than an hour with a brand new car and no repair bill for my old car. I'm a happy camper.

      Brought vehicle in for a Recall Notice, handled by Jackson at GMC in Laguna Niguel. Could not have been easier, and Jackson was super polite and professional. Dropped off in AM, took about 5 minutes, picked up in the evening, took about 3 minutes. Great customer service.
