  John and his team were an immediate breath of fresh air. Not only was John willing to work with us on several scenarios to fit our needs, he took the time to explain intricate details and made sure there were no unanswered questions.   As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect in the loan process and weren’t even sure we’d qualify since my husband and I were both creative freelancers up until last year. Thankfully Zillow hooked me up with Bill Tak at Mortgage Moon, and he helped us through the entire process, even setting us up with real estate agents in our area. He and his team were really amazing resources from day 1 and were very transparent about the interest rates and fees. We were actually able to afford a much nicer home than we thought. Bill was able to work it out so that our monthly payments are within our budget and our allotted down payment included all the closing costs. He was so patient and took many opportunities to explain things and make it as easy as possible, and FAST! We did a 15 day escrow and they seriously worked magic to make it happen. We are forever grateful for the team at Mortgage Moon and will definitely use them for all future mortgage needs.
