      I recently bought my first brand new car. I worked really hard for the past 7 years to do that. When it came time to buy I reminisced to my best buddy's old R32. That thing was awesome. Looked at used. No one took care of them, and my friends was crashed. So that wasn't an option. After looking at the GTI 4 door since the model update in 2009, I was pretty familiar with their characteristics and numbers. We headed down to Commonwealth, which is very easy to find off the 55 freeway. I spied the last 2013 GTI drivers edition they had and my guy was available right on time. I worked with Jeff Dixon who provided outstanding and friendly service. I also worked with the paper man, Bryan, who had an awesome accent I am talking in right now in my head. The test drive was great and I got a good feel for all the cars capabilities very quickly. It just communicated with me immediately. Jeff knew I was sold after the first huge grin, he just had to print the paper for me to sign. Haha! So we got back and worked the numbers, I decided to buy, since the lease and loan were close and they got me a great financing rate. All in all it was a 3 hour process including driving time. Jeff and Bryan even stayed late to help us finish up. I highly recommend this dealership, and I will be back in a few years to pick up something new for my wife!!

      Man oh man... I'm sure they hate me here. My boyfriend and I were at this dealership for a loooooong time. We came in for a beautiful 2014 Jetta SE already priced below market value and I was having a hard time paying over 12k... So I stood my ground and would not budge for 3 hours! But our salesmen, Holly and Geoff, came down to a price to my liking. I am very stubborn, and I really wanted to go to another dealership to check out the same car with an extra 10k miles for only $800 less... Now that I think about it, that was pretty silly of me. This car was a nice blue color compared to the cheaper, champagne colored car. Anyway... They put up with my tenacity and we got a new car at a really great price while working with really nice salesmen! Holly and Geoff have great customer service skills! We never felt like they were haggling. They know that they price their cars for well below market value. They already had a LoJack installed and worked with me to lower the price because we didn't want a LoJack in the first place. I know now that it's a smart investment if our car gets stolen. The signing of the contract in the end was the easiest and most simple contract signing I have ever done for a car. They simplify it and explain everything in detail. There were no hidden fees or costs that you get at other dealerships, just basic license fee, tiny doc fee, etc. However, there was extra stuff that you can add, such as an extended maintenance package. We didn't want to add any extras, but the finance officer, Todd, lowered the price by a few hundred bucks because he noticed our interest in it, and we just couldn't resist that great of a deal. It will save tons of money on maintenance in the long run. We will definitely come back to this dealer for our future purchases. Thanks for putting up with me guys!

      Best new car buying experience ever!!! We purchased a new Volkswagen TDI Passat last night from Geoff White at Commonwealth Volkswagen in Santa Ana. We had a truly wonderful experience due to Geoff’s attention to detail, salesmanship and integrity. He put together a competitive offer over the phone and when we arrived he encountered a minor discrepancy but quickly resolved it and in our favor. Geoff made us feel as if we were buying a $100,000+ vehicle. My wife and I will highly recommend him to all of our family and friends.

      This dealership is a joke I've had a problem with my car for some time with my electrical panels shutting off in my car completely going black on me. I took it in and they said my battery terminal was loose which is not true because I just had my battery replaced by professional. I picked up my car 2 days later and my car did the exact same thing. I paid $145 for them to tighten the screw that made no difference this place is a joke and I do not recommend this location for Service Repairs, they have no idea what they're doing there.

      Complete and utter lack of professionalism on behalf of this dealership. I came in not once, but twice in the same day trying to solve an issue with my keys and both times I was not given a proper response. The worker told me that the registered owner had to be present in order for me to get a replacement ordered. I told them that the registered owner was disabled and could not go there. The worker told me he would talk with the manager (who was on lunch break when I was there) and then he would call me to see if I would be able to get a replacement without the registered owner being there. 2 hours later I called back (they didn’t call me as they promised) and told me that because of company policy and state laws, they couldn’t replace the keys if the owner wasn’t there. I fully explained everything and let them know my situation was not typical, however I was met with little to no help from any of the workers. This experience was very frustrating for me as I had to actually ask how to fix the problem and how to move forward in order to get some sort of answer. Just a word of advice, when a customer comes in with an issue, try solving it instead of just staring blankly at them and telling them there’s nothing you can do. I got my issue solved at another VW dealership and they didn’t require the registered owner to be there to get the key replaced. Literally went there and the job was finished in 15 minutes. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

      Jamie was wonderful!!! Everyone there was awesome but I mainly communicated with Jamie and he made my first lease so easy and memorable...
