  My experience with a vivid mortgage was full of hope, guidance, and dreams come true.   I started my mortgage application with a different lender but couldn’t close after several months. We were completely frustrated and hopeless until we found HOPE.   After a recommendation from my lawyer, I got introduced to Hope and Vivid Mortage for my home purchase. Hope is a very professional person and is always there to help you out (even on weekends and nights). 5 star review does not justify the service she and Vivid Mortgage team provided me during my home purchase. Hope used her vast knowledge and contacts to expedite my closing and made sure I was able to get the best deal for the interest rate.   I was blessed to meet Hope in 2016 when we were referred to her by a friend who had just closed on his first home. My son and I met with Hope when he was buying his first home and closed on his home 2 months later! Now 4 years later, it is my turn to buy my first home. It was such a pleasure and a blessing to work with Hope. Hope treats you with so much respect and professionalism and to top it all off she is such a spiritual person. When she says to you "I got your back", she means it and you always leave her office with a smile on your face knowing that you are in good hands.   I was looking for a home for over 4 years and was not satisfied with other financial institution's approach to providing me the support I needed through this journey of my life. I must say that Vivid Mortgages changed that for me. I was given a pre approval within the same day and my journey began. Hope was very supportive and detailed oriented. I had many questions and they were all answered. I came across many challenges but Hope and her team spared no efforts in walking alongside me.
