  I’m extremely disappointed that I chose Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership to buy my new car. Car was making really loud noise and broke down in two days of purchase, had to towed to nearest Acura dealership to fix it. I was told to have 90 days or 4000 miles Acura warranty but that didn’t happen. After being run around from one person to another for 3 days I had to pay out of my pocked to fix the car. Chris Major sold me the car, he did nothing but lying. He absolutely ignored me after the car is sold. I also had 2 cashier’s check made out to them which was $490 over Chris told me he will mail me that $490 check which now they even refused to give me my money back. I’m being disrespected, cheated & humiliated. If you got to this dealership be very careful and don’t believe anything they say.

  Went in to get a potential lease for a Dodge Durango and was informed a price of 4K over the phone and have evidence of text as well. When I got there they doubled the price we discussed and was a huge disappointment. Never coming back here again.

Ashia was very polite, respectful and professional when selling us our new Wrangler Jeep. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the Star Chrysler Car Dealership.   We got our first Jeep here 3 years ago, and it was a great experience. Today, we went and bought a 2015 dodge dart for a decent deal. The sales representative and manager were kind and professional. The only thing that soured the whole experience was dealing with the finance guy named Kev (or Kevin). After some misunderstanding about the cost of the extended warranty and asking him to remove it from the contract, he bursts out screaming at my father, hitting his own desk like some animal, and yelled out a few obscenities while calling someone to reprint the contract. Never have I directly seen such a lack of customer service and professionalism. Not sure how long he has been working there, but he needs to probably re-learn a little bit about customer service. Three years ago, I would have rated this place five stars, but today's experience with the nasty finance guy should have brought my rating to 1 star, but I kept it at 3 because of the awesome sales rep. At the end of the day, we did get the car, so good job sales rep and manager!

  Best experience I ever had buying a car. Chris White is very pacient and accommodating. He searched for what I asked and I got it. The manager Ramon Calderon is the best helpful and knowledgeable. I will be coming back. Feels like family when coming here.
