  This bank is such a joke , they took my check deposited it then withdrew it because they their machine cannot scan my check.They said it has to be rewritten because of the ink and cannot be scanned by the machine. I ask spoke with the manager but he said there is nothing he can do, knocking the staff but Chase scoped up my check the same day especially it was a large sum

  I don't understand! I'm just going to go to places 20min till close and see how fast they take care of you... customer service ratings are earned by helping people and get them out fast! Not asking me about my life and how my day is going so far, thanks but just cut the small talk and buy I'll see you next time!!!

  I Had a very bad experience about 3 minutes ago with customer service at this Branch. when I spoke to the young lady I had a problem with mobile deposit so when I asked her can I please come in and cash the check she said very rudely you cannot cash a check because it's already processed and hung up the phone. Very rude customer service.

  No one in the desk long time ...I asked many times , Specially who is helping to open account and etc . . . I live this neighborhood and using this branch regularly. I am very unhappy with their unprofessional service Hopefully they will improve .

  Very disappointed in this Td bank this weekend. No ATMS are working ! Atleast have one ATM available. I don't appreciate traveling all the way to 188 on hillside avenue just to deposit money. Not convenient at all coming from a bank that claims to be the most convenient.

  If we are talking about the branch on 214 St and Jamaica ave in Queens village, than my comment is meant for this particular location. Have been a customer since 2002. Did transaction thru bank for a $50,000 annuity they handled. I am disabled. I use a rollator/walker for assistance. Many times upon entering or leaving, I have had to handle the heavy glass doors open for myself. They have seen me struggle, not one person would come to hold the door for me. They leave bowls of water in the foyer for peoples pets, but, go figure...... I use

  Horrible experiences as of late. Every time I go to use the ATM it is always out of order. If the bank happens to be open there is of course a long line because no machines are working and most times they only have one teller on the counter. Highly inconvenient.

  This is the slowest td bank ever. These people see you waiting here for assistance and don't care to help you. They take their sweet ass time to help you and their ATM's are NEVER working ! This branch sucks !!!!

  They were very helpful and very courteous. All members I encountered from the moment I walked in, were a delight to have met. It's just too bad, I was closing out my sole account with TD.
