  I cannot express enough appreciation to George Alvarez. We went with loan factory in the beginning. It was a disaster until George at Vista funding came to rescue. Our agent recommended George to us after our loan was denied at loan factory. I can tell you that he was a godsend. Not only he is knowledgeable, competent, offering very competitive rate, he also has a strong team. Special thanks to wonderful Tatiana, too. The loan was approved at record time so we can close our escrow on time in 40 days after wasting three weeks with loan factory. His excellent interpersonal and communication skills make our escrow process much smooth and everyone, including the seller and escrow officer is happy. I can honestly said we wouldn't have been able to closed the deal without his help. You won't regret to give Vista funding a call for your mortgage need. Highly recommend!

  This team is well organized, informative, and responded to my request promptly. They were honest and direct with any cost and had no problem answering any questions or concerns.
