  Excellent service. Bought a ele guitar for my son Dalton. My daughter always got on the drums. . So I bought her drums yesterday. Victor was the greatest help ever on the drums set and Carl I think restrung my 12 string and mandolin Thanks Beach City Pawn We are now repeat customers

  Eric rescued me! I live in Los Angeles and a few years back we purchased an amp from this place. My son takes a guitar class in Huntington Beach (don't ask why) and half way here he realized he forgot his guitar at home 😳 I remembered this store from a few years ago and asked if they could help me out. They actually lent me a guitar for the hour class free of charge! Couldn't be nicer or more helpful. That's what I call customer service. I'll totally be back for all of my guitar needs

  Everytime I have come in here it has been an awesome experience. Clay and the rest of the crew there are very professional. I have had to do the unfortunate thing of pawning some stuff here before and received nothing but great service. I never feel that weird vibe that you get after going to pawn an item. They make me feel welcomed no matter the circumstances.

  I'll suggest anyone come check this place out, the people here are chill and just so genuine with their sales (in that u can really trust & appreciate their suggestions when buying/selling). They really know how to optimize for both, the business, and their customers. You'll see a lot of regulars here too and it's really no surprise, love it and hope everyone shares a similar experience!   This is my first time here buying a guitar for my son! To be honest I know nothing about guitar but the staffs there are really taking their times walked me thru it! I would definitely come back! And once again THANKS SAM and the Gentelman that helps me running the guitar! God bless you

  Hey! I am a beginner and I went there for help finding me a guitar that suits my needs. Victor there took care of going over different guitars and took the time to explain why I should go with one or the other instead of trying to sell me whatever was most expensive. I recommend this place and victor highly

  ERIC and the other guys have terrible customer service!!! Eric all of a sudden raised the price of my item, then the guy behind me said the price of my items must of went up since yesterday when he got the same thing. When I was told about returning they said I would need to pay for a shelf fee, restocking fee ect. I feel ripped off will not return here.

  This has been my go to music shop for years and I’ve never once had a negative experience here. Everyone that works there is really nice and they are knowledgeable and most of all honest which is hard to come by these days. I always come here before checking guitar center. Big thanks guys I appreciate you guys.

  Every time I go into this store it is spotless, the employees are super friendly and knowledgable, and I always find something interesting to purchase. The owner, Eric, is awesome and I will definitely be coming back here.
