  They are very professional, quick, and have the best rates on the market. No other lender came close to what they offered me. They got my loan done in a couple weeks and we didn’t even need an appraisal! This was the easiest and smoothes refinance I’ve ever done.

  We were having trouble with our rental, and went to Pacific One for help. Matt De Weese and Chris Beard were so sensitive to our needs. Our rental was upside down and we needed to sell asap before it was foreclosed. The house was sold as a short sell. It was sold a day before the bank would foreclose! We prayed much and saw how, in our case, things worked out for good. Matt and Chris are great guys, if you ever have a need for any, and I mean any real estate needs, go to Pacific One Lending, their team is really super and they care.

  this company has helped a few home owners get the money they needed for a new roof for my company through refinance. Very professional and on point. This lending institution is still owner ran. I like that i can get a real answer from the source when I need it.
