      For the past twenty years I've been doing business with Visions Federal Credit Union in Binghamton and N. Syracuse & can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. There friendly 1st. class staff is always well informed, rates are very fair & the places are spotlessly clean.

      Everyone here is so nice. I come in about once every month or two and everyone is always so nice. They remember my kids, and ask how everyone is doing. They really add a personal touch. Their rates are good, and really work with you to make the most out of banking. We love Visions.

      I've been a member of visions since age 13. They have always had a super nice staff and fair policies. I am mainly reviewing to counter the other lame reviews. Whoever mentioned a $5 atm fee clearly isn't even a member, as transactions are free if you are. As for the ATMs always being down... I've never experienced this issue. So keep up the good work! Props to our cicero branch as well. You guys keep doing you.
