  I refinanced with Visionary Lending and I had no idea a refinance could be done so quickly! Brandon and his team moved so quickly to lock in a great rate and got the job done so smoothly.   This was our first home buying experience and everyone at Visionary lending walked us through the entire process from introduction thru 15min before closing we were in contact, They made us feel like we actually knew what were doing when in all reality they were taking care of it ALL!!!   Visionary Lending was truly a blessing to my family and I. They were professional, courteous, honest, and very hard working.   Susan Qura, Loan Officer at Visionary Lending is by far the best you'll ever find. She is kind, hard working, diligent, responsive, and smart. She and her team worked tirelessly to get me a mortgage. They were my last hope before giving up. I sent Susan a synopsis of my financial situation via email and without running my credit right away she begin working. I was impressed because loan officers I reached out to before meeting the team at Visionary, didn't have time for me or weren't interested once they knew my situation.   Brandon & His Team were very helpful throughout the re-finance process. I can always count on them to deliver thoughtful responses in a timely manner. They set my expectations and hand held me every step of the way educating me on the process and ended up getting me a phenomenal rate on a cash-out refi that allowed me to take earned equity and use for personal expenses, while keeping my same monthly mortgage payment.
