  David and his team of mortgage professionals is the way to go especially if you are a first time home buyer. They provide you with short videos throughout the process at each stage, you're required to complete an education class (it'll take about an hr or less) but it is helpful. Your documents are organized on a portal which also tracks where you are in the process. David will make sure you understand everything- there's no stupid question and the timeliness of response is always within 24-48 hours. I could not have imagined going through this process with any other company, using them provided a credit for the home being purchased through the builder, but I would recommend them regardless if your builder uses them. The peace of mind came because this is a true team of experts. Thanks for everything First Home Mortgage

  David and his team were heaven sent. They made my experience as a first time homebuyer so simple and stress free, From start to finish. Anytime I had a question either David or Myles were one call, text or email away. There were not any surprises. The loan processor worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I had everything the underwriter needed. David even went the extra mile to help me find a great deal on homeowners insurance. The process from start to finish took less than 30 days which shocked everyone around me including my realtor. I would definitely recommend David and his team to any and everyone!

  David Bridges at FHM was super helpful, very responsive, and gave great counsel. Our builder had a relationship with this mortgage company, and I'm glad because they are great! One minor encouragement would be that there was a list of documents online I needed with one person and another list of documents in an email that I needed with another person at FHM--might be better to have them all in one place.
