  The experience with the Keystone funding was great! Like someone said - felt like going through a drive thru with refi. So easy and smooth. We did have some hiccups with my existing lender until I had to step in and get the document that we need to close. This team actually takes time to listen to your goal and wishes and provide the best scenario. I was happy with the scenario and went with her instead of the other lender that I was already working with. Thanks, Natasha!

  Tim Dineen did a superb job financing our mortgage. We were about to finance with USAA or Navy Federal but Tim was right - the interest rates were much more competitive with Keystone. We were able to get a competitive rate without purchasing points. Tim was honest, transparent about the terms of the loan, and accessible when we had questions about the mortgage application loan. His office was able to quickly close on the house--within 30 days. He and his staff were extremely professional and he was accessible after hours for questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy a new home, especially our fellow military community.
