  Friendliest and Best...100 percent accurate! Alena is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field, but she also knows how to factor in the personal element, which alleviates the fear of such a major endeavor! For me, it was a housing loan. Alena was always checking on me to make sure I understood the loan aspect of house buying. Whether it was texting, emailing, talking on the phone or meeting in person when I was wondering what I got myself in to, Alena kept explaining the process in ways that always had me seeing what I was missing...to make me understand so I was able to keep moving forward, with renewed confidence.   TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! Alena was incredible. I didn't have a realtor for our purchase and I felt like she took on much more than just the loan for us. She was always available and so easy to talk to about options and really has a no pressure vibe which we really appreciated. So many mortgage brokers feel really "pushy". Not these ladies! I trusted them and always feel like they were fighting for the best option for our family. We closed on time and they worked super hard to make that happen. Jamaica was often in the office and she is also a realtor. She has amazing advice and is a total pro. We highly recommend Alena and Jamaica from Trusted Home Loans to other buyers.

  Alena was so wonderful, sweet and sincere to work with. She gave me all possible numbers each time I have questions. She was very patient with me and always ready to respond. Especially she is from here, she understands the local issues, and very reliable for all aspects that arise during the process. I have worked with various mortgage brokers in the past, but Alena was the way better than anybody who I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend her and Trusted home loans company!

  Elena was instrumental in getting us approved and providing the help that we, as first time homeowners with a VA Loan, needed to get our dream piece of property. She did the research needed to get us approved for a home loan that other lenders wouldn't get us the amount needed to purchase our chosen home due to debt to income ratio. Elena worked with us and walked us through the whole process until the day of closing. It was a pleasure to work with her and she was more than just a mortgage lender but a friend. Today, holding up in lockdown, we are happily moved in and feeling blessed to be homeowners
