  I must say I was very skeptical with this process. For someone to drive to my home and give me fast and very fair estimate was a bit shocking. I thought I would get lowballed but Tom gave a good fair price; very close to kelly blue book. I highly recommend and appreciated Tom Rescinito service and diligent work. He made himself available for concerns after the transaction that put me at ease. Looking forward in buying a car here at VIP next time I need one. Thanks Tom you made me feel like a VIP!

  All Positive! I found the vehicle via an online search, Lou Salvatore started an online chat session with me and then called me to discuss around 2PM. Lou made me aware of VIP's 7 day no questions asked 100% return policy so I felt confident to proceed with the deal sight unseen. Lou got my paperwork done, including a reasonable loan, by around 4PM and told me he would have the vehicle delivered to me (nearly 2 hours away) by 7:30PM. Sure enough the vehicle showed up at my house at 7:30PM, thanks to Charlie and his father for the delivery :-). I was very pleased with the condition of the vehicle upon my initial inspection. Its been 1 week now and I am very pleased with the vehicle overall. It never entered my mind that I would buy a vehicle online but man, what a great buying experience. I didn't get to actually meet Lou but he did check in with me in the days following to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Well Lou, I AM SATISFIED, THANK YOU!

  Could not miss the opportunity to rave about my experience with Kevin and Lou from VIP auto! My old clunker finally wore out. Based on the excellent reviews I found when I googled VIP Auto I went online and easily completed a short app for preapproval. Kevin then contacted me via text and asked key questions to determine exactly what type of vehicle and its’ criteria that I was looking for. From there he sent me pictures (in addition to those shown on their website) of vehicles he had that matched this. Kevin then offered (since my car was not drivable and I had to find a ride over - I live in Montgomery County, PA – some distance from their location right over the bridge in NJ) to have someone pick me up (okay feeling like a VIP pampered rock star at this point). I arrived at VIP at 5:00 pm on a Saturday (yikes they close at 7:00 pm). I fully anticipated to be rushed thru the buying process since I was unable to arrive any earlier ~ NOPE not at all. These guys bent over backwards to ensure that I took my time to find a vehicle that 100% suited my check list! I test drove several models (of which they have a big inventory to choose from - all of which were in excellent condition with low mileage – get there early folks I saw three sales finalized while there for a short time). Once I found my car Kevin then took his time to explain everything while going thru the final approval process. Upon stating that the proposed monthly payment was higher than I needed it to be Kevin went out of his way (okay clock ticking past 7:00 pm now) to ensure that he tried several different options to get this payment down to where it needed to be (successfully!). All the while having many laughs throughout this – Kevin and everyone I came across at VIP were very, very personable!). I walked away one happy girl with a car I absolutely love at the monthly price that I absolutely needed! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this establishment and will definitely be a repeat customer for sure!

  Amazing customer service at VIP! Very patient while showing me all of the cars they had available and answered every question I had. They made it easy to find the right used car for me and my family and were very conscious of my budget. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

  Honestly best car buying experience we've ever had. We searched their website and the next morning Kevin got back to us asking what he could do for us. We literally handled everything via text messaging. We told him what we liked and what we wanted to spend and in less than a week we have our new Jeep in our driveway! Very happy customer!!   Great customer service for purchasing a car! Contacted VIP by email about a car I was interested in, they emailed back soon after and sent photos within 15 minutes when requested. The car was detailed before test driving. I will definitely be looking into VIP auto for future purchases!

  I bought my 2019 gmc canyon here. I have to say this was probably one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had and I've been driving since 84. Especially given my poor credit score and my trade in being ballooned in. Amazing people here and they did what they needed to do to make me happy and in a short time. Awesome people and I highly recommend them

  I contacted VIP to sell a vehicle I no longer needed. Tom contacted me by phone and email. Tom explained the process and came to my house the next day to appraise the vehicle. That's how easy of a process. Tom was professional, friendly, and explained everything. VIP and Tom gave me more than a dealer would have and without any hassles.   Hey!!! I went to VIP Auto Outlet in Maple Shade NJ and that was the only place that felt like somebody was giving the heart in the service, in between Delaware, New Jersey and Philadelphia; that guy was Kevin**** keep that name in mind. I am the worse client that somebody could attend (I am honest), but this guy is a sample of love, understanding, comprehensive... to be honest, I bough my vehicle here just because his honesty with me related to the vehicle that was buying and the effort he did to make the best for me regarding options, vehicle conditions, convenience... he did all possible diligence on to fill my needs. This guy is the best person you could ever met. And after my purchase, he still there like my personal adviser on venicles. This guy is an angel to someone who is buying first time, and to all other.
